I built you a tool so you'll actually send the email 👇
You know that feeling when you sit down to write an email and suddenly you're reorganising your desktop instead? Yeah. I made this for that. It's a free Email Send-It Tool that walks you through: - Picking the right type of email to send - Finding your angle (so you're not starting from scratch) - Writing it with a simple framework - A quick confidence check before you hit send! Drop "EMAIL" below and I'll send you the link!! 🤗

Design fix for Flodesk
If you're like me - on Flodesk because you locked in the lifetime offer + also hate Flodesk because it's so clunky - I found this yesterday 🤩 You can now create an email in 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮, and then upload it into Flodesk. What this solves at least for me lol: - I can now create a custom footer that uses the 4 block system that a lot of people do with links! - I can use different layouts than the ones listed in Flodesk. A lot of times those are clunky to me with sizing and I just don't really like half the layouts - You can also create image blocks in Canva and upload them directly. This may be old news, but it was news to me lol Here's a link if it's helpful ☺️ https://help.flodesk.com/en/articles/11567297

@Jen Fieldman I love that plan!! I probably would opt for the plain text anyone with that footer block 😘

@Jen Fieldman When it goes back into Flodesk, does it go in as a big image then or is the text editable in Flodesk too? My only little red flag popping up with this is that if it's one big file that's coming back across to Flodesk, it could mess with your deliverability... 🤔
✨ April Premium Q&A Replay is up (and it’s a good one)
We covered SO much in this call… and honestly, it turned into a bit of a masterclass on keeping things simple (and actually doing the thing 😅) Replay + transcript are now in the Premium Classroom here >> #April Replay Here’s a peek at what we got into: - How to pitch collabs (without overthinking it… or making it awkward) - What to say when asking for testimonials (and how to actually get more of them) - Why I don’t recommend outsourcing your emails 👀 - How to repurpose emails into blogs (without starting from scratch) - What “email snippets” actually are (and if you even need them) - Starting a Skool community when you’re scared no one will show up - Spotlight emails: emotional vs technical (which works better?) - What to send subscribers who’ve gone quiet - & my go-to promo strategy for filling webinars 👀 (you’re gonna want this one) Big theme of the call? 👉 You don’t need more strategies. 👉 You need simpler ones… and support to actually use them. PS - if you’ve been sitting on a question you’d love my eyes on… That’s exactly what Premium is for. You can submit your questions ahead of time (like these), and I’ll go as deep as needed on the monthly calls, plus support you inside the group in between. Click here to upgrade >> https://www.skool.com/email-marketing-skool/plans If you were there live - thank you 🖤 If you’re catching the replay - let me know your biggest takeaway!!

@Heather Linkens yes - there might be something new on there for you! I added some good ones!
can AI open emails?
I asked my friend (who joined my mail list for support) if she enjoyed my first email as I'd seen she'd opened it. She said "oh I don't remember opening it - maybe it was my AI" She is going to check and see what settings she has enabled. Which got me thinking - can AI do that, and how are we going to get accurate open-rate stats if this is enabled?

@Kristina Lopez feels like the Wild West out there sometimes

@Naomi Kreske the open rates have never been 100% accurate. Still good to take note of the trends and aim to get them as high as possible - but a better metric for the health of your list is your click rate and replies. Always.
