An Idea, "1st Annual Top Flight Games" something fun?
Just thinking, but I think it would be fun if we had something like a "Top Flight Games" on like a Saturday where it's just a few fun events & friendly competition whether it be at the gym or at Park, maybe Norris. What's everybody think? Just something fun

Grateful for movement!
Halfway through our first week of camp! Feeling sweaty but refreshed as outlook is everything. Whatโ€™s something youโ€™re grateful for? Iโ€™m grateful for the ability to move my body, something I couldnโ€™t do this freely several years ago

Coach gave us the formulaโ€ฆ goal weight ร— 12 (for cutting) or ร— 15 = daily calorie target. Iโ€™m working with 2,280 calories a day. Where Iโ€™m at so far: ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ 767 calories consumed ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ 114g protein โžก๏ธ 1,513 left for the rest of the day Doing this math was a wake-up call. Iโ€™ve been under-eating on weekdays, over-eating on weekendsโ€ฆand thatโ€™s probably one reason why Iโ€™ve been stuck. Nothing I didnโ€™t know, but I wasnโ€™t tracking. That changes this camp. ๐Ÿ’ฅ Are yโ€™all tracking too?!
