ALWAYS COUNT YOUR LITTLE WINS
I’m 37, and not too long ago I was working a restaurant job earning about $500 a month. It paid the bills, but deep down I knew I wanted more out of life. Everything started to change when my sister introduced me to the world of online business. With her guidance, I stayed consistent, learned the process, and eventually built my own business from scratch. Today, it’s generating around $30k a month. But beyond the income, what truly motivates me is legacy. One of my biggest fears is leaving this world without setting my children and grandchildren up for stability and opportunity. That’s why I’m committed to teaching them the skills to build businesses of their own and create opportunities for themselves. For me, it’s not just about making money it’s about building something that lasts for generations.
Why most people fail in dispatching (it’s not what you think)
Here’s a short, high impact post that will catch attention, bring value, and align with your goal: Most people don’t fail in truck dispatching because it doesn’t work they fail because they focus on learning without taking action. Simple truth: - you don’t need to know everything to start - you need to understand how to communicate, negotiate, and stay consistent That’s where the real money is. I’ve noticed the people who grow fastest are the ones who treat this like a skill and also focus on building their cash flow step by step, not relying on one deal. Because once you understand how to connect and create value, you can use that skill in more than one way. So I’m curious what’s your biggest challenge right now: getting your first client, understanding the process, or staying consistent?

Quick question for people getting into truck dispatching
I just joined the community and I’m excited to learn from everyone here. Out of curiosity, what has been the hardest part for you so far when starting with truck dispatching? Is it:• finding your first truck/client• getting consistent loads• understanding the systems and tools• or something else? I’ve noticed a lot of people trying to build multiple income streams online while learning dispatching too. What has your experience been so far
