Yesterday you read Jim's story. 9 videos. 5 subscribers. Then one video. That video came straight out of a channel audit I ran for him. It told him what to make, what to call it, and how to open it. He used the title word for word. This morning it's at 538,000 views. His channel went from 5 subscribers to over 2,000. I was on a call with Jim yesterday. Here's what that one video turned into. 300 leads. About 20 people a month used to look at his Skool About page. In the last ten days, about 390. Sales calls booked on his calendar. And his first one-to-one coaching offer going out this week, to a man who got on a call with him and said all he wants is access to Jim. 538,000 views is the headline. The calls on his calendar are the business. I've been running these audits for people in YouTube to Skool for the last week. Here's what they said. Keith Wheeler, almost 36,000 subscribers: "It didn't just audit my channel, but also analyzed the other channels in my niche and used that information to give deeper insights into what the audience is actually reacting to." Louis: "My views are rising because of the thumbnail advice, title advice and what to focus the videos on." And Kari, a pharmacist, sent me this at 7:20 this morning: "None of what this report shared was things I didn't know or hadn't heard but it was the way it was all there together. Undeniable haha!" That last one is the one I want you to sit with. Most of you already know something is off with your channel. You've heard the advice. You've watched the videos about titles and thumbnails. Knowing it hasn't moved the number. Seeing it all in one place, your own data next to the channels in your niche that are winning, is what makes it undeniable. Then you can't unsee it. Here's the deal. 4 spots left at $47. After those 4, it's $97. - You need a channel with at least 10 long-form videos. Shorts don't count. - You commit to posting the video it tells you to make. If you won't, don't buy it.

The views caught my attention, but the leads and booked calls are what really got me thinking. I’ve spent a lot of time focused on growing my audience, so this helps me see what I should be measuring beyond that. I’m a metrics guy, and having a clear direction on what to make next would take a lot of the guesswork out. Glad Jim followed through and is seeing his work turn into opportunities.

@Brian O'Neill I’m looking forward to it!

@Jim Justice joined this free group on March 3. Last week YouTube monetized him. On March 3, a guy I never met before name Jim joined PYOB. Free. Same as you. When he joined, I asked what problem he'd solve first if he had a magic wand. He wrote one word. Overthinking. Ten days later he joined Mindset Skool. Four days after that he came back in here and wrote a post telling all of you why. It's linked right here if you want to read it. The last line is the whole thing. "This is the choice I made, no regrets. You have to decide for yourself." April 4 he joined my mastermind. That's YouTube Sales School now. Then he went to work. He opened his own Skool community. He started making YouTube videos. And I want to be straight with you, because this part matters. It did not go smooth. Nine videos. Five subscribers. Most people quit right there. Honestly, I'd have understood if he did. He kept going. I audited his channel and told him which video to make next. Title and all. He made it. Posted it September 18. One week later. 243,000 views. 1,022 subscribers. He started with 5. 6,500 watch hours. 132 new leads. People paying him inside his own Skool community. And his channel is monetized. That was week one. As I write this, that video is past 450,000 views. He's at 1,800 subscribers. 280 leads. And he already put up his next video. It's pulling leads too. 207 days. Free member in this group to monetized on YouTube. Last week he posted this in our Wins channel. "The numbers on the left are ridiculous. I really don't know what to think. The numbers to the right are what I'm interested in and need work." "Brian didn't give up on me and my sometimes scatterbrain approach to things." I appreciate that, Jim. I really do. But I want everyone reading this to hear me. Jim made that video. Jim hit record. Jim pushed publish nine times to five people and came back for the tenth.

I checked out Jim’s YouTube page, wow, 490K views now! Glad he kept going.
Quick question for anyone here with a YouTube channel.
I am thinking about running a live workshop on the stuff people ask me about constantly. How I come up with titles. How I make my thumbnails. How I write hooks that hold people. What CTA to use, and where to actually send people. How to set the channel up so it feeds your community instead of just sitting there. Two hours, live on Zoom, replay included. And if you have a channel with at least 10 videos, I will run my channel audit on yours and hand you the report. That is the same audit I run for my paying clients. The audit is awesome. This workshop would be paid. Not expensive, but paid. Is that something you would want? Vote YES or NO below. If it is a yes, drop your channel link with it so I can see what I would be working with. If it is a no, tell me why. That is just as useful to me.

Sitting at my desk and this came into my head
The number of things you need to do to achieve success in your online business can be counted on one hand. And you will fight with everything you've got to convince yourself it needs to be more than that.

In a world full of distractions, that sounds nearly impossible. But I’ve read that 'all things are possible to those who believe,' and I trust the source. So if we’re naming one essential for each finger, my first three are belief, focus, and perseverance. What would your five be?
