Knowing vs Conveying Your Why
I just watched How Great Leaders Inspire Action by Simon Sinek, and it really landed for me. I’ve always known my why. It’s clear to me. But this helped me see something I hadn’t noticed before. Knowing your why and conveying your why are two different things. This perspective helped me slow down and rethink how I’m sharing what matters to me. Not changing my why. Just communicating it more clearly. I wanted to pass this along in case it helps you the way it helped me today. If you watch it, notice what stands out for you. Sometimes one small shift in perspective makes everything feel more aligned. https://youtu.be/qp0HIF3SfI4?si=rV5vgZS2zYDYARlk

The World Needs Your Gifts
The question is… are you using them? I came across this message from Denzel Washington this morning, and it really stopped me. It’s a powerful reminder about purpose, legacy, and using your gifts on purpose. When you think about how you want to be remembered, what matters most to you? Check it out: here

Survival to Strength
This week’s Wellness Wednesday, Survival to Strength, was a powerful and heartfelt conversation with Desiree, a mom of three whose journey through Lyme disease and her son’s cancer diagnosis reshaped how she views healing, advocacy, and resilience. For years, Desiree believed her declining health was something she just had to accept. Low energy. Fertility challenges. Feeling off. It wasn’t until later, after her son was diagnosed with leukemia, that her own health became critical. She needed to be well just to be near him. Even a simple cold could mean being separated during a time no mother wants to be apart from her child. The following year, Desiree was diagnosed with Lyme disease, finally bringing clarity to years of unanswered questions and misunderstood symptoms. Instead of giving up, she chose to learn, advocate for herself, and support her body in a more intentional way. She shared how activating the body naturally and supporting what she called “God’s pharmacy” helped her reconnect with healing from the inside out, including focusing on gut health and listening to her body’s signals rather than ignoring them. Her message to our community was clear and deeply moving: Don’t accept that you’re supposed to feel this way. Keep advocating for yourself. And don’t give up when your breakthrough may be closer than you think. This conversation was a reminder that survival can become strength, and that our hardest seasons often shape the messages we are meant to share with others. Thank you to everyone who joined us live and to Desiree for her courage, honesty, and heart. 💛
