Layoffs suck. A key customer of mine just went through massive layoffs, and we lost everyone—our champions, our influencers, the whole lineup. I feel terrible for every single one of them. Not to make light of the human side, but it also means we're left with zero contacts at the account. Has this happened to you recently? Any community thoughts on navigating a cold reboot like this? Figured this would be a great topic for this cult... errr... I mean group. ;) I always try to look for the silver lining. On a personal level, I want my friends to land in even better roles and find happiness down the road. On the business side, I hope this diaspora helps spread the word and advocate for us at their next stops, expanding our pipeline long-term. Plus, hopefully the new folks stepping into their former roles turn out to be great partners, too. For now, I'm balancing supporting my former contacts in their job search with doing the legwork to map out new entry points at the existing account. I'd love to hear y'all's success stories, wins, anecdotes, tactical advice, or hard-learned lessons on navigating similar situations!
