5 of my 14 ai clones looked cursed
got my heygen clone to do 14 talking head intros last week and about 9 came out clean. the other 5 looked like he was chewing gum lol. cutting the script into shorter lines and only regenerating the bad ones fixed most of it. what are u guys getting for consistency with digital clones for shorts?

Five clips looking like chewing gum, with shorter script lines fixing most of it, suggests the mouth drift builds up over longer takes. Were the 5 bad ones the longest scripts, or did they have something else in common, like a certain kind of word or a fast stretch of delivery?
Niche Offer or Open Offer First?
Who here is still deciding between pitching a specific AI service to a niche, like missed-call handling for dentists, and offering a general "I'll automate whatever you need" to the first person who says yes? Which one got you (or would get you) to a first paying client faster, and what made you pick it?
heygen clones of yourself are overrated, change my mind
ai avatars of yourself are overrated fr. everybody thinks the clone is the flex, but the second the lip sync looks off people bounce, and what actually holds attention for me is still my own face or a screen recording. am i wrong or are digital twins just the thing everyone tries first and nobody sticks with?

The claim that people leave the second the lip sync slips is a sharp one, because it puts the failure at one specific moment instead of blaming avatars in general. When you've seen that drop-off, how many seconds in did it happen, and was it a particular word or a pause that gave the clone away?
i moved my lead follow ups from make to n8n
built the same lead follow up in make and n8n this week. make was way quicker to set up, but the per run cost got ugly once i added more steps. n8n took longer to build and was way cheaper at volume. still feel like im missing something, which one do u guys actually prefer for follow ups?

Building the identical follow up in both tools is a clean test, and the split you found, faster to set up in Make but cheaper at volume in n8n, shows up exactly once you added steps. Which steps did you add when the per run cost got ugly, and roughly how many leads a week were you running when it started to hurt?
Visible Note Taker Bot or Quiet Recording?
For those of you using an AI note taker in meetings, do you let it join as a visible participant or record quietly in the background, and has either choice ever changed how openly people spoke? I'm curious whether the awareness of a bot on the call is worth the trust cost.
