I have a question for those of you already inside the Accelerator and actively selling AIOS’. I’m joining either way, but I’m trying to decide what the best path looks like. Option 1: Partner with my brother (who would focus on lead generation) and a self-taught developer who would learn to build and implement AIOs while I focus on discovery, consulting, sales, and client strategy. Option 2: Join the Accelerator on my own and build the agency solo, using the Accelerator, AIOs, coaching, and community support to handle both the consulting and implementation side myself. For context, I’m currently doing free operational audits to build credibility and case studies. So far I have a travel agent, a chocolate company, and potentially one of the largest realtors in my area. My goal is to use those testimonials to start charging for audits and then transition clients into AIOS implementations. My question is this: For those already delivering AIOS’ is having a developer early on actually a competitive advantage, or do the AIO framework, tools, and Accelerator support make it realistic to build and deliver everything yourself until you’ve grown enough to hire?
