IGF1 LR3
Do any of you ladies have any experience with IGF1 LR3? I had a reaction to CJC on my last cycle and had to stop. Don’t want to take a chance with it again.

Iodine Supplementation
@Erin Oprea can you provide insight into your iodine intake, why, how much, resources to check out, etc? I am currently looking into but most things I am finding are censored versions. Thanks in advance

Also, check out Dr. Brownstein. He also has a book, but I can’t think of it off the top of my head. He has also been in several podcasts talking about his protocol.
