I was telling Chris about him last night. He is blind and lives in Nashville and is a Savant like Shawn and is a master of many instruments actually. Here he is just tearing it up on an acoustic guitar with Tommy Emanuel! Insanity! Sid and I are both huge Rory Hoffman fans!

The Powers of Ten Movie 1977
This is what Inspired Shawn to name his Album Powers of Ten. The Original Artwork was from this movie but Warner thought it was too Scientific so they made him use the Two hands. Powers of Ten Live however, he finally got to use photos from the book/ movie. He thought it was very fascinating how when you zoom way out into outer space you have some almost identical images as when we zoom way into the human hand.

@John D i enjoy philosophy and science, the problem is that many philosophers SUCK at writing lol. Terminology wise some of them love using jargon that is needlessly complicated at times but i still find them rewarding. One book i am reading that i enjoy so far is chaos: a making of a new science by james Gleick. I also enjoy learning about the polymaths such as da vinci, Archimedes and the greeks approach to nature. You mentioned you studied science in the past, have you read any Kuhn? If so i think you will like the book the structures of scientific revolutions. I enjoy learning about the evolution of ascertaining knowledge about the world and that book covers that.

@John D i also enjoy tesla as well. The guy had a tough life but he nonetheless had a brilliant insight on how ideas come to us.

Marking Courses
Don't forget yall as you take courses to mark each section as you go and also remember every one of these courses are living and breathing and I will be adding to hem when Im not putting out fires. I got the new website going then ended up replacing it with my apps privacy policy and had to go back plus 24 hours of DNS problems and now Im waiting on the new one to populate as I wanted to raise the bar even more.
