Blizzard of January 2026.
If you have a Blizzard (big snow storm) what do you say in your language to describe the aftermath? We might say "blankets of snow" or "White Out Conditions" if you cannot see anything during the storm.

Taking a Break
Unfortunately a family member has been sick and the hospital/rehab for a few weeks with no sign of improvements. I will try to build some lessons, so when I do start posting again, it will be DAILY and CONSISTENT. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope to be studying soon.
The Everyday English Project is now open
Welcome All English Learners and Language Enthusiasts. The first lesson was posted today and it feels good to start something new. I have taken down memberships and unlocked the lesson for everyone to enjoy.

A question before we begin
Before the first lesson drops, take a moment to reflect: Where do you struggle most when using English in real life? And more specifically:(Module Topic) When English isn’t literal — idioms, exaggeration, tone, figurative language — what feels hardest for you to understand or use? There’s no need to explain perfectly. One sentence is enough. Reading quietly and thinking to yourself is always okay too. Please give a like, so I know you are thinking about it. This image isn’t something to memorize — something to help notice.

A question before we begin
Welcome to The Everyday English Project
This is a quiet space for thinking, listening, and practicing real English — a little every day. There’s no rush here, and nothing to “catch up” on. The first lesson will be posted on January 1, and a new lesson will be shared every day after that. Each one is short by design, meant to give you something small to think about and apply in real life. You don’t need to prepare. You don’t need to perform. Reading quietly is always okay. For now, take a look around and get comfortable. We’ll begin together on January 1. — Bryan Mancuso
