A weekly post would be nice for referencing back to it as needed.

Thank you @Carolyn Plassman, that was a nice recap of your first call.
Upcoming Q & A
In the upcoming Q & A (date/time TBD)....what are some questions and topics you would like to discuss, brainstorm, hear different perspectives, listen to creative answers, etc?

@Carolyn Plassman My partners and I have a DFW property with 11 heirs. I may have told you about this one when we were in Tulsa. We have found 10 heirs and havew contracts with almost all of them, but 1 is outstanding and we feel his brother and sisters are hiding him so we can't compete our transaction. We've been trying for months to locate him, we even hired a PI but that didn't produce any information we didn't alredy have. Any tips about what you would do are appreciated.
The Walk-Out Song Question
You know how Skool gives you the option to put your Myers-Briggs personality results on your profile? (I think you either love those tests or hate them). I was trying to think of ANOTHER way to get a small glimpse of member's personalities. So, when people apply to join this community, I ask three questions. Two are the normal stuff. But then my THIRD question I wanted to try something that would give me a little more insight. AND I was tired of seeing questions on other communities like "are you ready to grind your way to the top?" (I don't know how to answer that. And it sounds so painful by the way). "How much do you think about your walk-out song? (as in you're an MLB player or a UFC fighter) and what would that song be?" I stole this idea from myself, because I think about my pretend "walk-out" song more than ANY normal person, I'm sure 😂. Getting ready to call a Difficult Heir? (queue the song) Heading into a Tense Meeting? (what's the song?) Heading into a Court Room? I'm hearing my entrance music before I even open the door. It's basically my own way to keep a great attitude. IN MY HEAD I'm Mariano Rivera walking to the mound to close the game while my walk out song plays...INSTEAD OF just walking into a Problem Tuesday. And now I've gotten some little glimpses into how some of you think and it fascinates me. Part of my love for genealogy and curative work is because I enjoy learning how to relate better to people. I love learning their stories and learning how they think and make their decisions. Some of you were a little hesitant with your answers which told me you may be the type to take a question seriously and approach a lot of things thoughtfully instead of autopilot. Some of you flat out said "nope" and that tells me you'd rather be honest than fake an answer. Some of you wanted to know what this had to do with genealogy which told me you're an A to B cut to the chase guy. Some of you already had a song locked in before you finished reading the whole question which tells me you know how to pivot and didn't overthink it.

I appreciate the explanation @Carolyn Plassman, but I still don't know what my song would be. Probably an instrumental from my curated listed on Pandora by an artist most people wouldn't know.
