I have mine, and I highly recommend getting one. You will be speaking to people to a lot of people who don’t need to or want to discount but still would like to sell. Instead of throwing those away you just list them.. more deals closed. Even if you don’t want to list for some reason, you can refer them to another agent. Another way to profit from your license is to list properties that you wholesale to cash buyers… you wholesale it to them, perhaps at (a few grand off) and then make make money listing it for them.
