Hey is anyone using Openclaw and would you know the best way to run it for free like which api key providers?

Quick question: has anyone else fallen into this loop where you build for a few days, then rethink or change your offer, get ready to sell… and then discover a new idea and start building that instead? It feels like I’m constantly “almost ready” but never actually selling. How did you break out of this cycle? And do you recommend starting to sell and do outreach before building anything at all?

If you guys had starting over with your Ai Agencies, what would be the 3 best ways you would choose to land your first client (Cold Call/Email, DM’s, etc…)?

I am trying to start a ai consulting business. My main product is a ai reception. But I also automate the backend things with n8n obviously. Now I am just scared to sell this. I feel like things are going to break and I’m just scared in general because I feel like my services are not good enough. I feel my skills with automation and everything are pretty good. So can anyone give me some advice. As well as mindset advice?

I started a ai agency and the service I sell is a lead outbound qualifier and appointment booker. It also stores and organizes information in a crm. The tools I use for this are n8n for connecting everything, retell ai for the caller, twillio for the phone number provider, airtable for the crm, and cal.com. Now I want to take all of this and make a custom fronted dashboard so my clients can see everything like what my business is doing for them and the data within the separate tools, is this all possible? If so would it be better to build new dashboards for each client or all have one where they login and only see their information within the dashboard. Any and help would be gratefully appreciated!
