Hello everyone! Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to be apart of this wonderful community. I am excited about my journey to a fulfilling career that has been a dream of mine since I was a child. I am currently at the end of my completion phase of my Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. I begin my pre-med program in May 2026. I am scheduled to matriculate into med school in January 2027 after successful completion of the pathways pre-med program. I will be taking the MCAT in the fall of next year. I’m very nervous for both the pre-med program and conquering the MCAT. I am very much a non traditional medical school prospect & as much as that excites me (because I love not following the beaten path), it also terrifies me all the same. Believe it or not, I’m nearly 40 and I’ve decided to make a career switch & truly go after the things I’ve always wanted in life. One fun fact about me is I’m an adrenaline junkie & spur of the moment traveler. My best experiences in life, outside of having my kids, has been skydiving and parasailing. ☺️👋🏽
