Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My name is Brittany Thomas and I built this community because I went through it myself — debt collectors, lawsuits, credit report errors that nobody would fix. I had no attorney and no idea what to do. So I figured it out. I studied the FDCPA and FCRA until I understood exactly how to fight back. Now I teach others to do the same thing.
