Hey Sitting Month Community! 👋
I just posted a new video where I dive deep into how Body Code and Emotion Code can clear birth trauma and support postpartum recovery. In this video, I share: ✨ The connection between "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" and postpartum clearing ✨ How both your physical body AND spirit need support after birth ✨ Why The Sitting Month addresses both through nourishing food and energetic clearing ✨ Real ways to release trapped emotions from your birth experience 🎁 TWO WAYS TO GET A FREE BIRTH CLEARING SESSION: Option 1: Invite a Friend! Know someone who needs postpartum support? Invite them to join our community! When your friend joins, YOU get a complimentary birth clearing session as a thank you. Just let me know who you invited so I can get you scheduled! Option 2: Volunteer for a Recorded SessionWant to help other mamas AND get your own clearing? Volunteer to have your session recorded for the community! This is a powerful way to support others while experiencing the transformation yourself. Ready to take action? Comment below or DM me to: - Share who you're inviting - Volunteer for a recorded session Let's clear some birth trauma together! 💛

I have someone in mind I’d like to invite Emily! Can you tell me how to do that? I’m not super tech savvy.
My First Sitting Month
One way we made the Sitting Month work for us was by inviting my friends and neighbors to help meal prep instead of bring gifts. At my baby shower, we had all the ingredients and friends helped me prep and separate them into freezer meals. This made things much easier for my husband to cook for me postpartum and I loved sharing The Sitting Month with my friends. I unfortunately had to work part-time through my Sitting Month but we made some lifestyle modifications that helped me rest more than I would have otherwise. My husband moved my work desk into our bedroom so I wouldn’t have to climb the stairs to my office. I also decided not to go anywhere for a month and (other than a couple of visits to my parents’ house a few doors down) I stuck to this. It was nice to stay home. My mother helped tremendously with our five older children which made it possible for me to rest. And, my children helped with cleaning and laundry and infant care as well. It was a family postpartum experience-all hands on deck! My oldest daughter helped prep some of the teas.
