Hi! I’m Britt and I am here because I LOVE a good workout but I also love food. 🤣 I have no problems creating routines (type a here), but it’s creating a sustainable routine that allows for grace and adaptability as a full time working mom of 2 elementary aged kids. I workout in our home gym and like to walk with my weighted vest regularly. My goals are to get strong a fit while losing weight, finding a routine where I can give myself grace to live life, and to establish a regular/more formal time with God and his Word every day.
