Scale hasn’t moved much tbh but I’ve been keeping it highprotein- had 3 boiled eggs and airfried chicken breast for breakfast then konjac noodles with mince for lunch- It’s my friend‘s birthday though, and there’s a get together at my place - gonna try not to go tooo off track😭😭
