1️⃣ AI is moving from content → operationsMore companies are using AI for internal workflows: reporting, summaries, decision prep, and follow-ups — not just posts and ads. This is where real leverage is forming. 2️⃣ Automations > promptsThe edge is increasingly in chaining steps together (input → transform → output) instead of crafting clever one-off prompts. Consistency beats creativity here. 3️⃣ “Good enough” output is winningSpeed + iteration is beating perfection. Teams shipping fast with AI are outperforming teams waiting for ideal results. If you’re building anything this year, I’d bias toward systems that save time weekly, not tools that just look cool.

AI isn’t replacing people — it’s replacing unclear thinkers

Most people are focused on which AI tool to use.That’s already becoming irrelevant. The real edge is knowing what to ask for, what to ignore, and how to shape output into something usable. As tools get easier, the bottleneck shifts to: - clarity - taste - direction - decision-making Feels like we’re moving from “prompting” to directing systems. Curious who else is noticing this shift and building around it. @Niles Cambridge you are da best!! I have to share this with you. I am re-engaging with a cold list of email subscribers, Me & chat gpt drafted 45 emails to send once a week for 45 weeks. (It is just to educate and nurture, not a sales pitch.) I then went over to my CRM and told it to create the sequence. At this point I am happy because all i have to do is copy and paste from my chat gpt doc to the workflow. On the third email as I am copy/pasting i realize i am such a dum-dum because all i had to do was generate a stronger prompt and my ai could write the emails and create the workflow!! So i immediately went back to my ai gave it a 3 sentence prompt and wah lah!! done in 5 minutes including tags and triggers!! 💚🔥🎯
