Guanyin Yin/Yang watercolor
I wanted to share this watercolor that Frank and I purchased in Thailand years ago. I had a fear of putting it up when I had a mental health episode. The demon side scared me for a bit. Thankfully, that fear went away. (:

New Podcast Video
Joe recently sat down with Shinto Shaman Benton Ryer for a deep and unexpected conversation that moves far beyond a typical interview. What unfolds is a journey through spirit, presence, and the subtle intelligence that connects all traditions of healing. As the discussion came to a close, Benton offered a traditional Norito Prayer while Joe simultaneously directed energy alongside the prayer. The result was powerful. Many who were present described the moment as still, expansive, and deeply centering. The energetic imprint of that prayer remains available for anyone who chooses to connect with it. If you feel called, approach the video with stillness, openness, and curiosity — not to analyze, but to experience. You may notice: • a quieting of the mind • a sense of spaciousness • subtle energetic movement • emotional release or grounding There is nothing you need to do except be present. After you watch, share what you noticed or felt. Your experience may help others recognize their own. — Fox Dreamer

Vagus Nerve & Nervous System Regulation
Your nervous system isn’t just reacting to life — it’s shaping how well you recover, heal, and respond. The vagus nerve is the main communication line between your brain and body. When vagal tone is low, the body stays stuck in stress mode. When it’s supported, your system can shift into rest, repair, and recovery. If you’ve been feeling: - Wired but tired - Unrested after sleep - Easily overwhelmed - Slow to recover from stress This isn’t a mindset issue. It’s a regulation issue. Why Vagal Tone Matters Strong vagal tone means your body can actually rest when you rest. Low tone often shows up as poor sleep, lingering stress, inflammation, digestive issues, and low resilience. Improving tone builds internal reserve so stress doesn’t linger and recovery happens faster. This is foundational. Without regulation, nothing else holds. A Simple 5-Minute Practice Extended Exhale Breathing - Inhale 4 counts - Exhale 8 counts - Practice for 5 minutes, ideally before sleep Why it works:The longer exhale activates the vagus nerve, signaling safety to the nervous system and shifting the body into parasympathetic (healing) mode. Do this nightly for two weeks and notice your baseline change. Explore the Full Teaching 🌱 📂 Radiant Health Class → Vagus Nerve / Vagal Tone As you explore, reflect on this: Where am I managing stress instead of truly recovering from it? Small, consistent signals of safety create real change.

Omg, this picture is exactly how I feel from dealing with stress or change! My eyesight even changes and becomes poor. I do the box breathing but sometimes get so overwhelmed that I end up sleeping to reset my nervous system. I don't want to stay on medication forever either. It's gotten better though (: becoming easier to manage
🌟 Lofty Thoughts List Update: "I Am the Creating Energy" 🌟
Today, I’ve added a powerful new affirmation to our Lofty Thoughts List:“I am the creating energy.” This came to me after reading the first page of Walter Russell’s The One, where he explains how our Universe is not a "created" Universe but a "creating" Universe—constantly changing, evolving, and growing. 🌌 I read that page slowly, letting it sink in, and realized how deeply this resonates with us as individuals. We, too, are always in motion, always creating. We’re not the same person we were yesterday because life is a continuous flow of evolution. ✨ This addition is meant to inspire you to embrace your role as a creator of your life and reality.

@Gasper Prasnikar This was so great to read and very reassuring. I've always felt like I wasn't growing or healing enough to be evolving in a way I would like. This makes me feel like I am still making progress. Thank you
