Hi everyone. My name is Justice. I'm new to this online community and I'm glad to be here. I'm excited to be here. I haven't skated in years and want to rekindle the fun that I had growing up and going to the rink. I'm here to learn and be apart of this community. Thanks for having me.

That’s a win. What did you try out on the floor?
Moxi Skates - Sizes 🛼
Hello Hello! May somebody can help me 😊 I was wondering wether Size 10 (Beach Bunnys) would fit me. I meassured my feet (27 cm), according to the moxi’s size Chart Size 10 is 27,1 cm. So there is only 1 mm difference 🥲 The Skates could be to small, could’t they?

This might sound like a silly question, but I’m gonna ask anyway. Is there a local skate shop that carry Moxi Beach Bunnies to try on for size?
First fall after several outings without falling :-(
I went skating today at Skateland in Dundalk Md. It was fun but I fell once as some very little kids cut me off and I loss my balance.

I’m sorry to hear that. Thanks for sharing because it is a reminder that falling is still part of the process from time to time no matter how good we get or go long between falls.
Why buying expensive Riedell 3200s won't fix your terrible spin technique. 🛼
I see so many beginners drop $800 on custom boots and Arius plates, thinking the hardware will magically cure their balance issues. Then they hit the rink, try a pivot-back6 combo, and immediately eat the floor. The pain is real (especially the bunions!). I was frustrated for years until I stopped blaming my wheels and installed 'The Silent Hand-Off' into my practice sessions. Instead of forcing the momentum, the hand-off trains your body to transfer your center of gravity seamlessly from the toe manual into the spin, letting physics do the work instead of your ankles. What's the hardest part of your skating journey right now—nailing the footwork, or just finding the confidence to hit the floor?

@Aleeta Powe I feel that, sis. 15 minutes is better than no minutes. In July, I was good at taking that advice. I’d slap on my skates at a local park after dropping kids off at camp and before work and put a timer on. But I feel the season transitioning with kids going back to school soon. So I just try to hit the rink 1-2x a week. Hoping to do more. Even if outside or in a small space.
