We’re Druid so we begin our Yule celebration tonight. Tomorrow we will do presents to each other, but we do very few. For my son, we do only four: something you want, something you need, something you wear and something you read. We focus very much on making our gifts for each other. (But he’s only seven so we know how important to get ‘real’ presents is so he’s getting a big Hot Wheels track for his cars. In the evening tomorrow we will do a solstice fire to welcome the sun back. And we set intentions for the new year. This is actually a slow time of year for us. Introspective A reminder that all the seasons have important growth. Just some of the growth is hidden and happening in dark places.
