Hello everyone. I am not sure what we can do in the community, but I thought as sisters who are really serious, not looking for a get rich quick scheme, I might share what’s on my heart. I am so keen to get my entrepreneurial mindset sharpened. I have a full time job but so many gifts. My skill set is in education, sport and I have a deep love for the hair industry. About 20 years ago I travelled to China to attend a trade show, and caught the entrepreneur bug. My first business, absolutely flopped. Lack of structure and leaving things to chance really messed it up. I am keen to get going again but in a more innovative way. Selling and being the middle man is not sustainable unless you get exclusive rights. Global commerce has made everything available, customers can buy direct. So now you have to be the manufacturer. So ladies, anyone else in this group who loves the hair industry? I would love to connect and explore ideas that would serve the UK. Not just buying and selling but creating an experience that builds a following and absolute trust in service, and most importantly is scalable. Let me know 🙂
