I am in my 11th year of parenting. A funny story that happened this week: Child: “I wonder why my best friend was the last one to get to my birthday party even though they live the closest” Me: “well you know, their mom had two kids to get ready to bring and she’s a little bit more of the disorganized type” Child: “yeah, but you’re also the disorganized type of mom” I couldn’t argue him there!
