We may not all be of the same faith, but I saw a leader who talked about his crippling anxiety as a speaker, father, and the trying to live up to society's view of what a man should be. He wrote down 40 "I Ams" that he uses for his daily motivation and encouragement. He is a Christian pastor but I think we can all relate to them in our own faith. As men we hold a lot of guilt for our past, our present, and not meeting unrealistic expectations that we put on ourselves. I find that these help me every day to cope with my mental struggles and let me know that I am a work in progress. A few of my favorites are: I am Forgiven I am Justified I am a New Creature I am Blessed I am being transformed by Renewing My Mind I hope some of these help.
