Morning roll call (7/10/26)
1. Pick a wake up time and stick to it (+/- 15 minutes). No snoozing! This does wonders for your circadian rhythm. 2. Drink a big ol' glass of water with some electrolytes 3. Cold Shower (30-90 seconds, you can do it at the end of your regular shower if you need) 4. Journal your intentions for the day, 3 things you're grateful for, and 1-3 emotions you're feeling. No need to elaborate unless you want to, just take the time to explore. 5. Meditate or just sit in stillness for 5-10 minutes. Calm the storm that is our minds. 6. Post here! 👇 (Add Your Cell Phone Screenshot of the Time and Date)

Body weight workout, weighted walk, posted to socials and hanging with boys right now.
Thursday — Dad Life / Real Talk
“Throwback or Truth Thursday” Raw, relatable post about balancing fatherhood, business, and fitness. Vulnerability builds loyalty. Ask: “What’s your biggest challenge right now?”

I feel cringe with posting and building in public, but I know it’s the cost of admission. I don’t get a lot of support from my wife with it either, so I have to balance my time a lot.

Did a 20 minute workout and walked for 30 minutes outside with the weighted vest. Will continue to momentum and step back into who I am.
