This update focuses on making CalSync more reliable, giving you better visibility into what’s happening during syncs, and improving the overall planner experience. What’s New Connection Status You Can Trust The connection indicator now reflects the actual status of your tablet. • See whether your tablet is truly connected over Wi-Fi or USB • View the current connection address • Quickly know when CalSync is ready to sync your planners Save Planners Directly to “My Files” You can now send planners directly to the top level of your reMarkable instead of placing them inside a folder. We’ve also improved the folder picker and added clearer guidance for enabling the reMarkable USB web interface. Daily Carousel Always Opens to Today The Daily Carousel now automatically refreshes to today’s date every time it updates. No more opening your planner and finding the carousel showing the day it was originally generated. Better Sync Visibility It’s now much easier to understand what happened during a sync. The Activity view now shows: • How many events were synced • Which calendars were included • When a calendar has no events because they fall outside your planner’s date range This makes troubleshooting much easier when setting up planners. Cleaner Planner Management Planner cards have been redesigned for a cleaner experience. • Better use of screen space • Faster loading after connecting • Summary previews now match the selected template • Removed duplicate “Push to Device” buttons Better Startup Reliability If another application is already using CalSync’s connection port, you’ll now see a helpful screen with options to retry or continue on another port instead of a blank window. Additional Improvements • Calendar Feeds are now presented as a reusable library that can be assigned to multiple planners • Improved saved IP address editing • Numerous UI refinements • General bug fixes and reliability improvements Download CalSync 1.4.2 Apple Silicon (M1 / M2 / M3 / M4)
