Can We Handle The Don’t And Still And Still Be Effective?
Can we handle when: They DON’T call… They DON’T support… They DON’T invite… They DON’T understand our oil… They DON’T clap, like, share, or show up… …AND STILL STAY ON ASSIGNMENT? The real test in this season is not how we function when everyone’s saying “YES.” The real test is: Can we stay faithful when we’re surrounded by DON’Ts? They DON’T see you… but God does. They DON’T value you… but Heaven already stamped you. They DON’T open doors… but God is the Door. They DON’T believe in you… but the One who called you is still backing you. They DON’T have to endorse you for you to be effective. They DON’T have to understand you for you to be impactful. They DON’T have to stand with you for you to be anointed. God is asking Us: Can we handle the DON’T… and still PREACH? Can we handle the DON’T… and still SERVE? Can we handle the DON’T… and still LOVE? Can we handle the DON’T… and still OBEY?” Some of us are about to learn that our effectiveness was never supposed to be measured by: how many people know your name, how many rooms you’re invited into, how many platforms you stand on, how many “likes” you get… Our effectiveness is measured by our obedience to what God said. Period. Because when God breathes on you, even in a “DON’T” season, you still: Heal hearts Shift atmospheres Break generational cycles Birth vision and purpose
Your Gift Is Welcome, and Your Growth Is Required!
There’s a shift happening in the preaching world, and if you’re paying attention, you can feel it. The oil is getting heavier, the assignments are getting sharper, and heaven is becoming far more selective about who it trusts with influence. This is not the era for sloppy study habits, inherited theology, or vibes-only sermons. This is the hour where your growth must match your gift. Preachers today face pressure to be impressive, visible, and “bookable.” But in the Kingdom, God is still looking for the same thing He’s always looked for: vessels that can hold the weight of His word. Let’s be very clear. When a preacher refuses to grow, three things happen: Their revelation plateaus. Their character starts leaking, and their assignments become unstable. You can be powerful in the pulpit and powerless in your private life if you don’t commit to development. BOTTOM LINE: This Is the Season for Preachers to Become Students Again! God is elevating hungry voices. Not loud ones. Not famous ones. Not theatrical ones.Hungry ones. Preachers who love learning.Preachers who welcome critique.Preachers who embrace accountability.Preachers who aren’t threatened by another preacher’s strength.Preachers who can say, “Teach me,” without losing their identity. This is how mantles mature. If you’ve been feeling the tug—like your spirit is craving structure, sharpening, and deeper revelation—hear me prophetically: God is preparing your voice for a room that requires more than the version of you you’ve been. He’s not punishing you. He’s positioning you. You are in a season of development. Your gift woke up your destiny. Your growth will carry it. Because your next assignment is bigger than your last experience. Your next room requires more than your last revelation. Your next mantle demands more than your last level of maturity. So rise up, preacher! Tighten your discipline. Guard your ear. Deepen your study. Honor your calling. And walk boldly into the future God carved out for your sound. This is your moment. This is your sharpening. This is your summons. Heaven is applying intentional weight to your development because what’s inside of you can’t be birthed casually. Diamonds are created under pressure. Oil flows under crushing. And mantles mature under demand. You’re not cracking; you’re being optimized. God is tightening your margins, increasing your accountability, and raising your standards because the assignment on your life requires precision, not passivity.

Bishop @Avery Kinney the time for taking our call and sermon preparation is now!
Expectation:
Expectation is faith that actively waits and prepares for God to move. It is: - Believing God is faithful - Believing God is moving, even if you can’t see it yet - Believing God can work in you, your family, and your community.
Welcome New Member!!!
This lady and her twin sister hold a special place in my heart! The Lord used them to be a tangible manifestation of the Holy Spirit in my life as a middle schooler. They were strong in the church from a young age and weren't ashamed to share their faith! I remember the Caldwell twins telling me, on several occasions, "Now, Poopie (my nickname then), you know Aunt Elva wouldn't want you doing that!" I would immediately be convicted and mad all at the same time 🥰! But I thank God for loving me enough to want me to do what was right and sending the Caldwell sisters, until I got my own relationship with Him! So, help me welcome @Irene Caldwell!! My lifetime friend!!!

Welcome @Irene Caldwell
Wow!! What a Power Call tonight!
We are so incredibly grateful to God for the wonderful experience we had during our inaugural meet-and-greet call! The atmosphere was electric, filled with engaging discussions and genuine connection as we all got to know one another better. It was truly a highlight to connect with such a dedicated group of individuals. And then, as if orchestrated by divine timing, came what we can only describe as a powerful "Prophetic Hit"! During this call, we collectively felt a profound sense of guidance and direction from God. He spoke to each of us individually, offering clarity and purpose for the exciting season ahead. This has been a truly transformative experience for all of us. Apostle @Avery Kinney Than you for your submission and your willingness to be used! Thank you all so very much for your contributions, your openness, and your willingness to share your insights. Your presence and participation made this meet-and-greet call an unforgettable and incredibly blessed event! @John Barber @Jennifer Webb Farris @Avery Kinney @Theodore Lanham
