SS-31 & Mots-c
What are peoples experiences with SS-31 and Mots-c? I have a 10mg bottle of each and want to do SS-31 first and then Mots-c.

Depends. Alot of controversy out there on when to take SS-31 before or after mots. Personally I ran them together and thought it worked great. My wife did ss-31 first then mots but she said she didn’t feel anything different and no energy. SS-31 I thought was best daily and mots I did 3x a week with NAD+. Found this a while back but have more info saved in a word doc if you need more overall info. Hope this helps some.

@Desiree Prystupa I was running 5mg SS and Mots but SS was 4 days a week. But I have a cardiac issue of severe LVH ventricle and a thickened ventricle wall. So, I increased my SS-31 dose to 10-15mg a day for a month. Went to have my echo done and it completely started reversal from severe to mild and the wall now is less thickened. So, SS-31 works but just adjust it on what you want to accomplish I guess. Look over of what it can do essentially and decide there coz it is a costly one for sure.

Skin hurts
Has anyone experienced any skin sensitivity while taking the GLP’s? I heard it’s one of those weird symptoms you can get. If you have had it what did you do about and does it go away?

My wife has it from taking Reta but she said it’s not going to deter her from losing weight. 😂 I heard taking either zinc picolinate 15mg helps and also taking Benadryl or Zyrtec like 45 min prior to injection. Also, titration back down to the lower dose that you didn’t have that issue with helps for like 1-2 more additional weeks before going back up to the dose that caused it.
