What If Your Exhaustion Is Your Soul's Rebellion? Let's Fucking Go Through the Cocoon Together
You feel it right now, don’t you? That heavy, foggy, “I just can’t today” or "I don't feel like it" weight sitting on your chest like a stone. You’ve tried everything: the 5 a.m. club, the dopamine detox, the new funnel, the extra coffee, the shame spiral. the triggers are highlighted by a few things. 1. when do I find myself not breathing or holding my breath. 2. stuff that annoys the fuck out of me. Not that I want them to change and that would be lovely. Its the I NEED you to change stuff. 3. First step is notice. I'm triggered. good to vocalized it. I'm triggered. That's ok. What's not is pretending. that creates turbulence in the field that's expensize energy wise to maintain. 4. Clap my hands, laugh, dance screen pattern interupt. 5. take 6 deep breaths. 6 hearts beats worth of a breath in. 6 on the way out. 6 times. thats one minute. 6. visualize and speak outloud what you want to have happen. 7. come to a weekday monday, wednesday or thursday afternoon play session and we can workshop this. @Chanda Crist whats your emergency procedure?
