Welcome to the breathwork revolution my friend! The tools, the technology and the tribe in this community have the power to change your world. And when you change Your world, everyone around you benefits. We’re here to transform, to grow, and to create a better life for ourselves and for others, so in that spirit there’s two simple things I want you to do: 1. Drop a post and introduce yourself. Where are you from? What are your passions? And most importantly - what kind of life do you want to create? 2. Like, comment and support at least 3 other people in this community. We’re doing this together, which means showing up together.  Stay tuned and watch this space! Good things are coming. Life is a mental game guys! Once you are leveled up on the mental side you can kiss goodbye the cycles of self sabotage and limiting beliefs. This is where you get to become the designer of your own life. Master of your destiny. Get ready.

@Henokh Wahyudi Hey there, so you haven't actually started your training yet? If so, we cover all this in depth inside so you have a roadmap to follow 🙏

Hey guys… it’s been a while since I was active here. I’m not sure exactly how this piece is gonna turn out, and it’s liable to be somewhat atypical to my previous posts. One of the generational traumas that I contend with is poverty, and it’s probably the only one that ever made me consider self-deletion. That isn’t the case now, but over the past 2 months, my finances and situations/decisions based on my finances have sparked an increasing degree of rage and self-loathing. I’ve spoken about my relocation from Chicago to Georgia and how it has been less than favorable. It was not only inspired by fear, but it led to a profuse downgrade in almost every aspect of my quality of life. If I was someone who could find a way to blame outside circumstances for the situation, I might be less enraged. But I know that this course of events was self-engineered, and dammit… it was well-crafted. Being able to see the ways I craft these problems is a gift, but it always is after the fact. And I try to be kind to myself, but in doing so, I feel like I pay for it with more conundrums. I feel like I should be happy with things on the horizon. I got accepted into the scholarship program for Breath Masters Certification. I’m supposed to be receiving a $30K CoVID tax credit. But in the same vein, I can’t pay my damn deposit for the Breath Masters Certification, and I’m constantly borrowing money just to obtain diabetes supplies. The IRS somehow fumbled my tax return processing, and all I can think is, “Bro, how in the hell did you gum it up this BAD?!” I gotta find a different way to do things. Maybe a completely fast from not only food, but social media and the normative world as a whole. Honestly I don’t know what to do but this… this ain’t it 🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

Brother. I feel you. I’ve been there. Many times. On my biggest crash I found this book called 29 Gifts. I took the challenge and it changed and saved my life. Watch this video: and give me your address and I’ll send you a copy from Amazon ❤️ https://youtu.be/Vj2YhqXYEiE When we shift our perception and focus from our inward struggle to our outward ability to make a positive impact in the lives of others - the benefit we receive in return are undeniable. Watch the video and DM me if you’re up for the challenge x

I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet 😂

Bali but originally from Northern California 🙌

A story with sharing made possible by a life changing modality we all know as breathwork 🙌🏻 I am an incredible human being ❤️ The biggest accomplishment of the last few years of my life has been coming to actually believe it. Before that, I struggled to receive kind words and compliments about how people saw me and the work that I did. Whenever given a compliment, I would immediately deflect it back to the giver and tell them how amazing "they" were. I didn't realize the extent of my challenge until one day, a few friends sitting in a circle shared their reflections of me as a human being at the same time. I had never been showered in so much positive feedback before. All I could do was recoil. Receiving it was a massive challenge.I don't even know where it comes from. My parents and extended family showered me with love and acknowledgement throughout my childhood. But there's an imprint in there somewhere that didn't fully believe how incredible I am as a human and how worthy I am of adoration and love. Recognizing this pattern after all these years presented an incredible opportunity to work on it consciously. I'm sharing this story because I've worked with so many people who are running on this same old distorted and outdated narrative. Now, when I receive a compliment or praise, I use it as an opportunity to really soak it up and deeply receive it at a cellular level.I can honestly say that breaking this pattern has opened up the world to me in ways I could never have imagined. Abundance, prosperity, life purpose, adventure, and opportunities began pouring in from every direction. Now, I'm proud to say that the love I have for myself is in direct alignment with the love I'm so blessed to receive from so many ❤️ From personal experience, I firmly believe that loving ourselves fully is the key to unlocking all the richness that God and life have to offer. So yes, I AM INCREDIBLE & I AM WORTHY - and I'll spend the rest of my days helping as many people as I can to remember that they are too. Believe it. ❤️

I had the first 90 minute breath awareness coaching session with a 20 year young man with asthma who's breathing system is quite clogged. After we cleared his airways with the nose clearing exercise, we checked his CO2 tolerance and practiced several breathing techniques. I had my unorganized PS pool of songs running in the background which he loved. I stressed that the only way to get better with our breath is to practice daily. We agreed to continue meeting weekly and I gave him homework - to practice a couple of method twice daily (wake up+bed time)/thrice (midday) if he can. I shared some life wisdom and let him pick a card which he felt chimed with his current disposition in life. At the end of the session I asked him to lie down and played Brian's brilliant 5 minute BW break - and it blew his mind that he held his breath for a whole minute. And of course he loved the sound Brian created which is absolutely awesome (it's my personal favourite quick fix practice). For me the experience was beautiful and I'm happy to be of service and help. Since I too have been struggling with my breath (since childhood), I aim to help others improve their breathability. Seeing his breath improve overtime will help boost my confidence in teaching breath awareness for improved health along with the journeys. I feel I'm building my practice exactly for my size and I love it!!! Next this week (Thursday) I'm guiding my first TBJ in Hebrew on zoom for a couple of ladies. I'm excited to prepare the journey and playlist for them. Will post how it went ❤️

We humans are fueled by incentive and reward. Do something good, feel good about it, rinse and repeat. This is how we’ll sculpt your nervous system so your thoughts and feelings become a source of strength and internal inspiration rather than a source of self-sabotage and suffering. Basically this: the more you put into this group the more you’ll get out. I’ve designed this ecosystem to reward you for doing the things you know you want to do. The more you do the practices, the more you engage in a positive manner, the more you show up, the more you will get rewarded. In this way we create a positive feedback loop which spirals you upwards to the place you want to be. The other awesome thing? If you’re short of cash but you’re playing full out, you’ll be able to earn the points to access the full 9D Breathwork Community. If that’s not your jam and you just want access to my Premium stuff right away (cos there’s no time to waste and you’re on a fu**in' mission) - then go right ahead, click this link and follow the steps. Either way, we’re going to get you where you want to go. Enjoy the journey my friend. My team and I plus this community of game changers will be right there with you every step of the way. Brian

Questions

I have a super powerful, life-changing, liberating life hack to share with you today. Whenever you are triggered, annoyed, cheesed off, and want a quick reframe, do this. 👉🏼 Ask yourself: "Is this something that will bother me in 5 years’ time?" If this is not something that will bother you in 5 years’ time, don’t spend more than 5 minutes agonising over it. Once you've decided, give yourself permission to FEEL ALL THE FEELS for the next 5 minutes. You'll wanna juice all the anger, frustration, disappointment, shame, injustice, judgement during this 5 minutes. When the 5 minutes are up, it's DONE. And you move on with your life. This one simple tool has saved me hours, days, weeks and months of OPTIONAL, indulgent suffering. It works every friggin' time. It has also freed so many of my clients from hanging on to years and years of anger and hatred. Remember – You get more of whatever you allow. Because if you let it, you will carry it all the way to your grave. Chef's choice. How about you? What do you do when you get triggered? What works for you and what doesn't?

Revolutionaries! Random title to a post for sure 😂 But anyone ever heard of what the Plain Buffalo do when they see a storm coming? They turn and run. Not away from the storm, but directly into it. But why? The answer lies in their deep understanding of the situation. The buffalo know that outrunning the storm is impossible. They know that the fastest way to get through the storm is to face it head-on. If they run into it, they'll get through the worst of it the fastest. Last night's under-water ice swim was my storm. I have done plenty of ice baths before, but this was different. I saw a video of a lady who jumped into a little hole and didn't come out because she got swept away by the current and didn't have a rope. I had a rope, so I was confident I would be okay. However, if I said I wasn't a little intimidated, I'd be lying. It was pretty scary, especially at night. But I did it. The interest that's paid on facing our fears is iron-clad self-confidence and self-belief. Lean in. Take the leap. Be the plain buffalo.

I have read so many methods, frameworks, suggestions about dealing with DEPRESSION. But if we wanna boil everything down to one most powerful antidote and medicine for DEPRESSION, it is this – CREATION. Our conversation with our own creativity has to keep on going. Our conversation with our depression has to continue. We have to keep constantly creating to remind ourselves of who we are that is not just the depression. Creation heals the soul. Creativity is about coming into right relationship with yourself. Creativity is about reinventing yourself. Creativity is sometimes about setting things ablaze, destroying and burning it all down. Creativity is at other times about gently letting go of things that no longer serve us. We create space to rebuild. We create space for possibilities. Creating requires and invites us to be future-focused. As long as we are creating, life keeps giving. Where there is provision, there is hope and sustenance. What will you be creating today? How will you create? What are you creating out of the creations that are already in your life?

That shouldn't be the case. Everyone will get access as we work the kinds out over the next few days x

I held a second breathwork session tonight live with 2 participants two of which attended last week. Holotropic breath consisting of 3 breathholds 3rd a somatic scream release. Wow I embrace the facilitator role. Took ownership. After the release did some light bubbles and it was loved. Bro this brings tears to my eyes 🥹❤️ So proud of you!!!

#Dec 5, 2022 Kundalini Awakening Journey with Reece This was my most powerful session yet to date, what I feel was the closest experience yet to a pineal activation. Amazing when the brain is completely free and untapped from society. The flow through the chakras and the release was very easy to understand, I drew a image right away. I officially feel intimated in becoming a coach, need to travel further on my path first. I do feel as though there was a connection to the kundalini, anyone care to connect a few dotes.

#Dec 5, 2022 Kundalini Awakening Journey with Reece I have done lots of breath work in the past few years but no sessions as long as these. After the first breath hold, I recognized that I REALLY needed to pee. Talk about monkey mind chatter! I slowed my breathing (but kept it going) as I walked the 10 feet to my bathroom and held myself steady as I voided my bladder then went and laid down to finish the session. Both hands seized with tetany and my legs twitched almost uncontrollably but the rest of today has been phenomenal.

Brave man to get up and walk mid session 🤣 post breathwork bliss - nothing beats it ❤️

Hi there, question: last Session i had a man spacing. I mean he was gone,…left the building. He made me think of an overheated phone… out of use…I'm pretty sure he was in the dmt stage. I know sometimes it can and may take 5 minutes or more for someone to breathe again but this was the first time I found myself getting a little nervous about how long it was taking. I then reminded him to breathe and also softly in his ear but he stayed out. His heart beat from hard to very slow. little blue lips…I thought for a moment that I had killed my brother-in-law🤣 I reminded him to breathe and into his ear too but he stayed away. in the end I gently put a lukewarm washcloth with invigorating oil on his forehead and then he started breathing again. I was sorry to take him out of his proces but it took so long that I acted anyway. He didn't remember anything about this part afterwards... what can I do in the future? how long can/can you let it go? Thank you;-) Btw: hè had an extatic experiance👍🏼

You handled it perfect Valerie. What Joyce said is spot on - our number 1 priority is safety with this work above ALL else. It is possible for someone to not know they have a contraindication and have some form of adverse event - but I've never experienced it myself or have read any reports of such an occurrence. I have had a few students 'appear' as if they are not breathing, but upon further review every time it was an instance where they were breathing very gently, so much so that their breath was undetectable. In these situations I bring in a few protocol: 1. Look for even a slight rise and fall in their chest 2. Feel for their pulse (as you have done here) 3. Squeeze their head and coach them to squeeze back 4. Breathe with them loud enough for them to hear into their ear 5. Encourage opening of eyes and eye contact And I essentially cycle through all these. In every instance I've received the same feedback as you did with your brother-in-law... an ecstatic experience, and a few even questioned why I pulled them out :) There is a good article from JP Crimi called "Is Breathwork Dangerous?" That covers this topic quite well... "Not more dangerous than riding a bicycle, an average of 800 people a year die riding a bicycle. Not more dangerous than going to the gym…It is estimated that 459,978 people were injured while exercising or using exercise equipment in 2017. There have been zero reported cases in the research or literature of any reported incidents of things like strokes, heart attacks, etc happening from Breathwork. Zero." Does this mean we should not take precautions? Absolutely NOT. However, it does reinforce the fact that Breathwork compared to many other things we do in life that carry risk - in comparison is quite safe. Here's the article. Worth the read :) https://breathewithjp.com/is-breathwork-dangerous/

Hello everyone. I’m so excited and would love to share those moments with you. I just finished guiding my first parasympathetic zoom journey. I had 11 students. I Had @Mohamed El Dakkak and @Anati Bloch from my pod. I’d love to thank them for their usual support. I appreciate that🙏🏻. I also had two family members and 7 friends. Actually, I didn’t get the chance to listen to their sharings. I guess all fell asleep except for two or three who wrote in the chat that they will share later😂. Let’s hope everyone is safe and sound😀.

I am experiencing better libido doing breathwork each morning. I do it for about 12 min each morning. I have done about 4 Journeys in the past 2 months too. I also do deep somatic repression work on myself so that plays a part in this. My body feels so much more alive, open and full of sexual energy. This has been missing for many years for me. Let's say I am very surprised and delighted this is finally shifting for me. 🥰😍

Hey Anati! That’s because the quiz is matched up with our old week 9 content. Thanks for catching it! We’re revising the quiz now 🙌

Listening to the intro by @Brian Kelly where he mentions the Theta Brainwave State and how it dominates the first seven years of our life where we as children are constantly walking around in a state of hypnosis. I became a Certified Hypnotherapist in 2016. I studied at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, CA and in the training we were taught about this first seven years state of suggestibility and how it is dependent on/shaped by the child's relationship with its primary caregiver (*usually* the Mother). When the primary caregiver is congruent (actions/words are aligned), The child tends to grow up and develop what is known as "physical suggestibility". When the primary caregiver is NOT congruent (actions/words are not aligned or are presented with ambiguity), the child (then adult) develops "emotional suggestibility". Based on the the client's mode of suggestibility informs on the methods/verbiage that is most/more effective for the Therapist to utilize; not only in the hypnosis session, but even in the pre-talk. Of course, like most things in life, these modes of suggestibility are not binary but exist on a spectrum. This is my logo for my hypnotherapy practice "Scholarly Changeworks". While I have been able to assist hundreds of clients with reframing/desensitizing triggers/habit modification, that work has all been cognizant/intellectual, based on hypnotic language patterning and superficially calling up/dealing with emotions. Engaging in these breathwork Journeys has blown open the doors of perception and convicted me of the substandard service I have delivered to my clients by not involving any somatic element such as this Breathwork

When I first discovered Brian’s add for Transformational Breath Work I was on a high on the changes it made in my life. Don’t get me wrong I still see the power in it but now I’m trying to figure out the balance of it all. The multiple sights that most days want to be moody for whatever reason , day to day life, wanting to have time for yoga and hiking since those are what bring me so much peace and clarity, and the breath work practice because my life isn’t the same since starting this. I suppose I’m starting to realize this isn’t a sprint but a marathon or better yet a way of life and those both take stamina and the ability to pace yourself. So instead of riding the wave bouncing around from one thing to the next in a large expanse of ocean it’s time to see it as floating down a stream riding the ups and downs but no matter what it’s on a definite path. Like a famous movie quote “just keep swimming.” I will also share a not so famous quote of my father recently “ I don’t get much done but I don’t worry about what I don’t get done. If I just keep moving sooner or later it all gets done.” Wise words from an old man building his house.🙏❤️
