I have not worked on that car but I would assume the chip and remote is seperate like US/CAN based hyu/kia. Use your programming tool to program the remote first. Does your tool have option to pull pincode to program the immo ship? If not you can clone it with the Xhorse

@Vincenzo Di Biase Fiat is not so common in the USA, I have the Fiat 500 smartkey video and the turn keys are cloned.
