Anniversary Sale Questions
I had a few questions and was hoping you could help. 1) Can I use our website for the registration link under the “sites” and “funnel” option for the pop up? I’m confused on how to input a domain. 2) Will the workflow automatically send to all of our contacts? Thanks!

1) We can add your domain to your funnel. 2) You have to select the leads and/or customers and add them to the correct workflow. Here is how - https://www.loom.com/share/443c8d5339104ab5a8f638fe016a87a3

Welcome! (Quick walk-through)
The purpose of this group is to provide support for the marketing system I teach in my book, "From Empty Classes to Full in A Day". In this video, I give you a quick walk-through of how to use Skool in case you're not familiar with it. Watch the 1-minute-long video, then introduce yourself. We're in this thing together!

Black Friday Sales
Here is an idea for how to approach BFS. First, you should figure out your average customer retention rate. For example, maybe your average student stays with you for 18 months with an average monthly revenue of $200. That's a total of $3600 per customer (not including gear and such). I would offer a 3 year paid in full for the price of 2 years. So they pay $4800 upfront. No payment plan. You could even sweeten the deal with a free uniform and 2 or 3 privates. Lastly, I would limit the number available to increase the urgency. You just realized a 33.3% revenue increase on those students who purchase. Now, I wouldn't roll this out to my long term consistent students. You don't want to kill your monthly cashflow. I would likely offer this to beginners who signed up within the past 6-12 months. For clarification, if someone signed up with a 1 year paid in full, then purchased the BFS deal, then their 3 years starts at the end of the current plan. It doesn't replace it. For the advanced students, I would bundle gear and private sessions or discounted gift cards ($100 gets you $125). Post flyers and send emails so family members can take advantage. What are some of your past winning Black Friday Sales strategies?
What if I don't have a list of leads?
Here is a great question I got from someone who purchased the book. He hasn’t opened his school yet, so he doesn’t have a database already. This is more of a Grand Opening scenario. Luckily, this system is IDEAL for a Grand Opening Sale. First, let me preface this by saying you will need to give yourself at least 30 days to generate enough interest. That said, here is what I’d do… 1) Website – you must have a website to start generating leads and establishing a presence online. Your website MUST have the ability to capture leads above all else. If you don’t have one, then contact me and we can give you a customizable template with CRM for database collection and automated follow-up for as little as $99/mo. 2) Claim Your Google Business Profile – again, this is a MUST. The sooner you start building your local presence, the better. Add pictures of the inside and the outside. Have friends or family take a class wearing your uniform for pictures. Pictures sell. Make sure you complete the entire profile. 3) Start building your database – add family and friends. Ask them to leave you a Google review based on your character, since they can’t honestly leave a review as a paying member. Your PRIMARY job as a new business owner is to build your database. 4) Print up flyers promoting your Grand Opening event with a QR code and your website. The QR code should allow people to instantly add themselves to your database and receive information about the event like when, where, why, and how to register. 5) Shake hands and kiss babies – what I mean is you need to start out by meeting people in the community. Bring a phone and wear your brand t-shirt as you introduce yourself to surrounding businesses. Post the content to your Facebook and Instagram pages. Ask the business owners if you can put up your flyer in their store. 6) Hit local events – Fairs, festivals… the local Chamber of Commerce stuff. Even if you can’t afford a table, just walk around handing out flyers and introducing yourself.

🌸 Building Momentum with “Mommy and Me” — What I Learned from Our Community Event
Hey folks! I wanted to share a quick update about the Mommy and Me event I hosted last Saturday. I ran three ads leading up to it, and the experience gave me valuable insight into what’s trending—and what’s not—when it comes to promoting early-childhood dance programs. We had eleven families sign up for the free community event, but due to torrential rain, only five were able to make it. Even with the weather, the results were encouraging—two families enrolled in later classes for older children, and the other three are returning next week to take advantage of our special sale offer. Running this event reminded me how small efforts can add up in a big way. Since I started focusing on these entry-level programs, my overall enrollment has steadily grown: - 🌷 Spring: 98 students - ☀️ Summer: 150 students - 🍁 Fall (so far): 165 students—with enrollment open through February! These are the strongest numbers I’ve seen since COVID, and it’s exciting to watch the community reconnect and grow through dance. I’m using these same strategies not only for The Dance Pointe, but also to build awareness for my nonprofit, South Tulsa Children’s Ballet, which focuses solely on producing full-scale shows for young performers. If you’re planning your own community event or ad campaign, I wish you the best of luck! Feel free to reach out if you want to chat strategy or swap ideas—I’m always happy to share what’s been working for us. — Pamela Farry-Haden Owner, The Dance Pointe Director, South Tulsa Children’s Ballet
