Thinker, Doer, or Relater?
Most of us lean relater? Thinkers stay in their head processing, analyzing, trying to get it right Doers move fast taking action, solving, pushing things forward Relaters focus on people connection, harmony, how everyone feels None of these are wrong. But most of us overuse one and underuse the others. That’s usually where things get stuck. Thinkers don’t move Doers don’t slow down Relaters avoid tension Just notice your default today. Where do you naturally go? And what’s the part you tend to avoid?

What moved this week?
What moved either outside or inside this week for you? Today, look back at your week: What actually moved or shifted in your world? What didn’t? Keep it simple. — What was it for you?

Which one are you?
Everyone has a default way they show up. These are not right or wrong, just patterns to notice. 1. The Perfectionist– holds high standards, wants things done the right way 2. The Helper – supports everyone, can overextend themselves 3. The Achiever – driven by results, success, and getting things done 4. The Individualist – wants meaning in the work, not just output 5. The Investigator – thinks deeply, analyzes, can get stuck in the head 6. The Loyalist – plans ahead, looks for risks, prepares for what could go wrong 7. The Enthusiast – chases ideas, keeps things moving, avoids feeling stuck 8. The Challenger – takes control, direct, pushes things forward 9. The Peacemaker – keeps things smooth, avoids conflict, goes with the flow Most people have one that runs the show… especially under pressure. And it shapes: - how you make decisions - how you lead your team - where things get stuck Which one do you see in yourself right now? Or maybe your top 2-3

Foundation matters
Taking care of ourselves isn’t separate from the work, it is the work. When we’re generating something new in our lives or business, it asks more of us. It doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from how we’re living. In my coach training, they required us to do 30 minutes of meditation a day, 1 hour of exercise a day, 1 hour each week doing something new and more. I calculated the requirements were 2.5 hours a day 7 days a week for a year. At first it felt overwhelming to find the space in a busy schedule to do everything. Wake up early to meditate or run over for Aikido at lunch time. It was not meant as a routine, but as a way of supporting who we were becoming. Because if the foundation isn’t there, it’s hard to hold anything bigger. You can have the vision, know what to do, but if you don’t have the energy or the steadiness to carry it, things start to slip. It’s not just about where you’re going, it’s also how are you taking care of yourself along the way. This is the foundation of anything we do. Before you even do the tasks themselves, What are you doing, or what could you be doing, that would actually support you getting where you want to go?
