@Jeremy Larkin something along these lines: The metrics are set to give someone something to shoot for and if you are converting you will see the results. If it takes shifting your perspective onto another goal then do it. Not everyone works the same but more than likely if you look at your other activities around the goal they will fall in line with the metrics. (Ie. Dials, contacts, open houses, etcβ¦) We all have something we excel at and we should try to find our niche but at the same time we still need to do some of the other tasks we are not as proficient with. If you want to build a sustainable business then you really need to embrace all aspects of finding new clients. The trick is finding how to make it fun.
