I was having a conversation with one of our automation guys and we ended up talking about the most important thing that agencies need to automate. In my humble opinion, the highest leverage process that agencies should automate is onboarding. When I say onboarding I mean specifically what should happen immediately after a client pays. Spending an hour setting up simple automation to create tasks for your employees, send off welcome emails, create contracts, invoices or even add clients to portals is one of the most high-leverage things you can do for your agency.
