Question
So I've been using Markate for a few years and love it. I have never once input any customer information into the system. I have the lead contact form add on that is on our site, or gets sent to every lead that calls or messages. With that being said, what else can this product do?

Setting up a customer portal once you have a good customer base will help create recurring business. From the portal they can request work then the customer shows up in your pipeline as a opportunity.
