Is there a way to create workflows in Skool? I want to send email/text during the program as my students go through it. I currently use Calendly, but I want to do this internally. And if not, can anyone help with this? This is my current process: 1. Student pays invoice and schedules a start date via Calendly 2. Workflows within Calendly are set to trigger from that start date 3. I manually add every student I know I can automate students into my academy immediately after they pay the invoice, but the problem is then they do not book a start date that triggers the workflows. Any advice/specific direction?

I see Webhook automations as an option for adding members. My students receive an automated email on their start day and time out of Calendly. Is there a way to use this specific action or another within Calendly as a way to automatically add them to Skool?

Once I send an invite and then revoke it, is there a way to entirely clear that from pending versus it just showing revoked?

Is there anyway to automate the addition of students? I have them schedule a start date with Calendly. At that time, I have a ton of automated emails to onboard them. The only manual portion I have to do is add their email in Skool so they get the invite. Can we automate this somehow?

Hi - I am trying to add a fifth resource to one of my weeks. For whatever reason, it keeps swapping the fourth resource with the new one uploaded each time I try. Has anyone run into this issue? I have had more than five resources in the past with no issue.
