Now I just need to finish the remaining visualizers for Youtube and canvases for Spotify. I'm so glad I've had the group to hold me accountable. Another win I accomplished along the way is finally getting my projects organized, I'm still not fully done, as I still have a few folders to go through + my other computer. But I built a tracker for over 167 different projects started since January 2023. I have probably another 20-30 to add from 2022, and then again, those ones from my other computer. All of this started because I made the commitment to do a 7 day, daily release of singles for my Space Whale project. This reinforces my belief that it's about the journey not the destination. Don't get me wrong, I'm so excited to be releasing my music and to have achieved my goal. But there were a lot of subtle learnings along the way, and the biggest gain here - which is a way to actually track all of my different projects. I was listening to some stuff I made a long time ago, and said I'd come back to. Upon returning to that material, I found that I really did have new inspiration and ideas for those old treasures. If you're reading this post, I hope you feel inspired to take a step towards a goal you've been putting off, you never know what you might learn, or what other problems you might solve along the way. Hi Tribers, help me come up w a better name for our “challenges” category. Please! The word “challenge” triggers me and I don’t like it. 😂 Just like “that black dog” - when naming him I didn’t like how Blessing sounds in English (so we called him Makarios - blessing in Greek). But it’s worse cuz “challenge” is not just I don’t like it but it actually triggers me for some unexplained reason 🤷‍♀️ I know that in the online world a “challenge” is something that is supposed to drive you forward, achieving new highs. But, maybe because English is not my first language, I don’t like that word as it reminds me of something challenging (not in a good way), struggle-like…. 🤔 Maybe it’s just me??? Is it?? Let me know!! Please… pretties 🥰 I have a few alternatives for this category and do want to brainstorm it with YOU!!! Some of you are brilliant masters with words - like @Nadzee A, @VALA aka Valgerður Eva Þorvaldsdóttir, @Katrina Wright, @Nicole Jordan, @Lisa Black & @Nathaniel Parant for example… Let’s all rename and crown w a new cool feeling this category!!!
