Name: Brendalyn King here City: I travel between St. Louis & 244- acres of land that I own in The Ozarks Real Estate goal in 2026: I have 2 - first to secure a rehab loan, rehab 2 units in my 4 family. Secure 2 tenants by winter. Second is to log 60 acres of the 244 acres. What I hope to learn here: Cooperative economic models and creative financing. Wealth generating bricks 🧱 Glad to be in community with everyone! 🙏🏿
