I absolutely did not feel like working out today, I'm lowered my caffeine intake by almost half today. I was super tired, dragging ass, my brain was talking me out of it. I did it anyways! and feel great for doing it!
Lowered my caffeine intake by half today as well! Also my sugar intake. But I made sure to clean the kitchen and make sure everybody had a nice nutritious home cooked meal! I might not have checked everything off my to do list. But here’s to doing things even when we don’t want to while changing to better habits!!! :)
