While we have been focusing on ChatGPT ads, this is just as big: "Conversational" ad formats designed for AI Mode in Search will be coming very soon: https://blog.google/products/ads-commerce/digital-advertising-commerce-2026/ In the link above, you'll see how these ads will be shown, which is similar to the prediction I made in the attached video. This matters because it shows where ChatGPT ads will likely go too and highlights the AI ad battle we're entering.
