DSCR Mortgage Broker & Investor
Hi everyone! New to this group but not new to investing! My wife and I live in PA she is a licensed realtor here and I am a loan officer. We currently have several rentals and are working to expand our portfolio. We have had success using the BRRRR methods as well as off market turn key homes. I have been in mortgages for some way or another for the last 11 years. In the last 3 years I have pivoted my business to DSCR, hardmoney/fix and flip. I have several lenders I work with that go under 100k loan amounts, 50k loan amounts, and a no minimum loan amount program! I have done DSCR loans as small as 35k in parts of Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. I have several hard money programs that also don't have a loan amount minimum! I know that can be a struggle for the more affordable areas. I also have programs for foreign nations, ITINs, and no credit. Also have decent relator connections in St. Louis, Cleveland, Youngstown, Detroit, & Mobile. If anyone needs help with any lending questions please let me know. I would be happy to help! @Rasshaan Reed hi there! yes I do. Rates depend on size of the deal and experience. Most of my hard moneys range from 8.5-13.5% on a 12 month terms

@David Wayne I can help with commercial deals. Is the business cash flowing or do they right all the money off? Thatโ€™s the hardest part with storage units and laundry mats
