New Trauma Informed Course
Walking the Motherline is a 4-week journey into understanding how the women before you shaped the woman you are today. Through attachment science, generational patterns, and compassionate reflection, we move from blame to understanding, from resentment to boundaries. This is not about excusing harm — it’s about reclaiming your power. Heal survival patterns, build healthy limits, and learn how to coexist without losing yourself.

New Trauma Informed Course
🌿 Welcome to the New Roots Facilitator Team 🌿
We are so grateful you are here. New Roots is more than a program — it is a foundational family support experience for pregnant and new parents. As facilitators, you are helping shape the nervous systems, confidence, and stability of families at the very beginning of their parenting journey. This Sacred Spaces classroom is your central hub for: - Training materials - Trauma-informed facilitation tools - Communication guidelines - Program structure - Boundaries & escalation protocols - Ongoing collaboration Please take time to review all materials in the Classroom Tab, as this is where your training content is organized and housed. 🌿 First In-Person Workshop 📅 March 21st ⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM 🥐 Brunch Provided This will be our first in-person New Roots Facilitator Workshop. During this time we will: - Review the program vision and structure - Align on trauma-informed facilitation practices - Clarify boundaries and safety protocols - Discuss the flow for working with pregnant and new parents - Build team cohesion and shared expectations Please note: This workshop may be recorded for future internal training purposes if needed. 🌸 Registration Flyer Available We currently have a Registration Flyer for Pregnant New Parents available for distribution. As facilitators, you may: - Share within appropriate community spaces - Refer eligible families - Help us build safe pathways for new parents into the program All promotional materials should remain aligned with MHM communication standards. 🌿 Culture Reminder New Roots operates within the larger Mothers Helping Mothers trauma-informed ecosystem. This means: - We assume stress before attitude. - We offer clarity before correction. - We maintain strong boundaries. - We escalate appropriately when needed. - We protect both families and facilitators. You are not expected to carry families alone. Leadership support is part of this structure. We are building something sustainable, safe, and structured together.
💜 A Sacred Thread of Mother Love 💜
From the very first mother in your lineage to the hands you hold today, love has been passed forward—tied carefully, intentionally, prayerfully. Our ancestral mothers wove their love into daily life. Not always with ease. Not always without pain. But always with devotion. In Celtic tradition, knots were never decoration. They were symbols of truth. Ropes and knots secure. They bind. They hold—especially when storms come. Each sacred knot reminds us that real love is not loose or fragile. A mother’s love, when tied tight, does not break when life pulls hard. It stretches across hardship, grief, migration, loss, and rebirth. As mothers, we are still weaving. We tie love into bedtime routines, hard conversations, forgiveness, protection, and hope. What we bind today becomes the strength our children stand on tomorrow. And long after our own journey changes shape, the knots we tie— the love we secure— will continue to hold future generations steady. This is ancestral love. This is sacred motherhood. This is the quiet, unbreakable work of mothers everywhere. 🌀💜

Going Beyond Lemonade A Self-Guided Journey Through Generational Patterns
There comes a point in healing when insight is no longer enough. You understand the patterns. You recognize the roles. You see the repetition. And still — something in your body wants space to breathe. I am opening Going Beyond Lemonade inside Sacred Spaces as a self-guided journey. Not a rush. Not a performance. Not a heavy clinical course. But a steady, structured path through: • The Motherline • The Fatherline • Silence as Survival • Survival Roles • Trauma Bonds • Faith & Moral Bypassing • The Body’s Memory • Repetition vs Repair • Legacy Rewriting Each chapter includes: ✨ A grounding reflection ✨ A poem ✨ One affirmation ✨ Three slow prompts ✨ A trauma-informed ritual This is not about fixing yourself. It is about learning how to pause. How to regulate. How to interrupt what was inherited. You will move at your own pace. No deadlines. No pressure. No public sharing required. Just a guided container for those ready to gently examine what shaped them — and choose what continues. If you’ve ever felt like you were carrying more than just your own life… This space was built for you. Welcome to the self-guided journey. — Brandy Grace

Going Beyond Lemonade A Self-Guided Journey Through Generational Patterns
Welcome to Sacred Spaces 🤍
This is more than a community. It’s a remembering. Sacred Spaces exists to hold you in the places where life has stretched you, shaped you, and invited you to heal deeper than survival. Everything here flows through three sacred paths, each designed to meet you exactly where you are. ✨ Sacred Motherhood This path honors the lived, messy, beautiful reality of being a mother. Whether you are exhausted, becoming, grieving, or rediscovering yourself, Sacred Motherhood is about nurturing you—not just the role you carry. Here, we talk about identity, nervous system care, faith, boundaries, and raising children while healing yourself. No perfection. Just presence. 🍋 Beyond Lemonade — Trauma Support & Education This is where pain is not minimized or rushed. Beyond Lemonade is about learning how trauma lives in the body, the relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves—and how to gently transform it into wisdom, regulation, and strength. Through education, reflection, and support, we move from “Why did this happen to me?” to “What can I create with what I’ve survived?” 🌿 Ancestral Echoes Here, we listen to what came before us. Ancestral Echoes explores generational patterns, inherited wounds, and ancestral wisdom—without shame or blame. This path helps you understand how family stories live on in your nervous system, your parenting, and your leadership… and how to become the one who changes the pattern with compassion. ✨ You do not have to walk all three paths at once. ✨ You do not have to share more than you’re ready for. ✨ Nothing is required of you. Sacred Spaces is a place to soften, learn, remember, and grow—at your own pace, in your own way. You belong here 🤍
