Here's a preview I’m working on for Mixstein: Mixing Intelligence.
I just wanted to show you guys a little bit of behind the scenes. I’m diligently working. The chromesthesia will read your mix and change colors to show you where the frequencies lie. It’s pretty neat. I just wanted to share it with the group and let y’all know the beta will be coming.

That looks killer buddy.... Salute on design and functionality. I through my shit in the garbage cause of how passionate you were about yours so I'll definitely support it and pick up a copy. Busted right now building and coding all my stuff I got going on but damn nice bro damn nice

Side note I don't mind contributing some of my work (plugins or software) once I get my site live but agents and the repetitive nature of teaching is a nightmare so I'm probably 60 days out from launching, I have some pretty big invester pitches and demos coming up so hopefully those go well. First 2 is AWS and Microsoft. Google hasn't responded but I have a Gemini sub til Nov 2027 and I'm on their development path program plus the developer program. I figured the would be first to answer. Beatstars owes me a million plays badge and a plaque and if they try to deny me again I'm gonna shift my business model and crush them and remove them from the game. I already have a secondary business model drawn up just for that. They greedy and make you promote yourself to other producer πŸ˜‚. They could give people their own pro page plan and alot more features and design pages for everyone within their own specs for less than $150 and still double up on profit. I've already researched whatt would take to basically build their model but better and if you knew you could pull their clients you could charge around $100 offer way more features and as long as they had their pixel and AdSense set up you could have an on site agent build them a campaign local to their region and launch it. I mean you would need a deal for the advertising budget in place but it could be an analyzed and done for you thing that actually targets artists not others producers. I haven't put nothing but trash on there cuz I make better off DSP just releasing beats. I got around 300 bangers saved up for my site but I'm dropping at least 3 beat tapes full of bangers for distribution. I got 3 mediocre beats on streaming platforms that make me more in one quarter that I ever made with them frauds.
AI is the workforce. Your ear is still the boss.
I'm not a coder. But over the last few months I've quietly built an AI system that runs most of my business β€” and every time someone sends me a "this is the new way to work with AI" video, I watch it and realize I'm already past it. Here's the part nobody says out loud: the people actually winning with AI aren't the ones who hand it the wheel. They're the ones who keep their taste in the driver's seat. AI is the workforce. Your ear is still the boss. That's the whole philosophy β€” and it's the same reason a great mix was never about the plugins. A few principles I run on: 1. Taste stays in charge. AI does the work; I make the calls. The second you outsource the judgment, you're just average β€” faster. 2. Point it, don't flood it. Same as soloing to find one frequency: give it the one thing that matters, not everything at once. 3. When a move works, I save it. Repeatable every time. I never build process for the sake of process. 4. Nothing ships on the first pass. I make it check its own work against a hard standard until it's actually right β€” like A/B-ing to a reference until it translates. 5. The frameworks I'll teach all day. My actual taste stays mine. I've been doing all this in the dark. Starting to think that's the mistake. What's the one task in your workflow you'd hand to AI tomorrow β€” if you trusted it not to ruin your sound?

Your judgement on how to use AI is spot on. I might use agents for business or website backend spreadsheets and shit but if you're building something to assist that's what it needs to do assist. I'm not launching til I have my shit perfect I got one super agent/assistant that helps with production but it has full range to direct and correct the lil retards (bots) I'm thinking of adding a separate agent on the backend just as a problem solver so all my spreadsheets and customer service/support doesn't get twisted

Don't get me wrong after properly trained the agents and bots will do 90% or more of the business, marketing, advertising, budget sheets, evaluations. But I'm still running my music. But it's easy to train them for business and all that part. Feed research, run test's, fix errors feed more research, rinse and repeat until everything is as close to perfection as you can get it. Hell I'm sure I can teach them the business angles better than I can do my self πŸ˜‚
Welcome to The Board Room. The door's open β€” here's what's behind it.
If you came in off the video β€” no, that wasn't clickbait. MIXSTEIN is real, it runs in my actual sessions, and you just walked into the room where it gets built in public. Quick on me: 20+ years mixing and mastering, real outboard β€” Neve 5059, SSL Fusion, the WesAudio chain β€” and I'm building MIXSTEIN because every "AI mixing" tool I've tried treats your song like a preset. MIXSTEIN isn't that. It's Mixing Intelligence, not AI β€” an instrument that learns you, not the internet's average. What this room is: producers and engineers sharpening craft out loud. Real gear, real sessions, real decisions β€” and the why behind them. I post the build as it happens (the wins and the stuff that breaks), break down real mix moves, and you get first crack at the MIXSTEIN beta before anyone outside these walls. What it's not: a place to lurk. The people who get the most here are the ones who post. So let's start the first real thread πŸ‘‡ What kills your mix momentum? The exact moment a session stalls β€” vocals won't sit, low end turns to mud, last night's mix sounds flat this morning. Be specific. That stall point is exactly what I'm building MIXSTEIN to kill β€” and your answer shapes what I build next. Welcome in. πŸŽ›οΈ

Man πŸ˜‚ I came here because I was rolling after seeing your mixstein assistant. I've been coding and training a full production assistant myself so far I'm not demo ready but I got it on my phone, laptop, and my rackmounted studio PC. I do some light work on my laptop but mainly use it for coding and just putting together some melodies or sample packs/sound design for instruments and drums. I have a template set up in FL Studio that's damn near fully gainstaged it always needs a little adjustment but I got it close. The best gear hands down I've ever bought was Steven Slate VSX (I have the Immersion One headphones just ain't tried them yet) next best after that was the softube console 1 mk3 (upgrade from mk2) I haven't even started loading up my rack yet. I have a Sweetwater Creation Station 450 I've modded and upgraded, I have 128gbs RAM and 18tb in hardive space, 4tbs on the motherboard. I can drop 4 more tbs on the motherboard but memory is retarded right now. Haven't really dug into it yet but my interface i just purchased was a Black Lion Audio Revolution 14x16 so far so good it actually sounds better than my motu M4 I been using on my laptop and better than the 32bit I tried before I went with this one the revolution is only 24bit. Apologies for the long gear talk legal name Brandon and I go by Ripper On The Track I been making beats about 20 years now and I'm CEO of Platinum Soundz Inc I just got my company documents and stock certificates after I get my business bank account rolling gotta get my treasurer to sign off to make it official I'll finally get to launch my site. Side not this ai shit crazy I'm building a production assistant, backend business assistant/bookeeper Manager and a customer service representative agents. I've got the two communicating together but my production assistant is going to end up being the master brain, something I can always carry with me and live across all systems. I got some more things in the pipeline but I don't wanna bore y'all anymore. Happy to be here hopefully after I get my site launched I'll be able to contribute more to the community. Thanks for the acceptance.
