4/27/2024: My goal for yesterday 4/25/24 was to upload two YouTube videos with high value to the gaming channel. On the anime channel I needed to repurpose 3 videos. On TikTok I needed to upload 10 videos. Due to a ton of procrastination, I was unable to complete all of the objectives for yesterday. The daily tasks I accomplished were the 3 repurposed videos from TikTok to YouTube. On the gaming channel I did upload one out of two times. As for TikTok I only uploaded once. Even though yesterday was full of procrastination it was not all a waste of time. I watched a video from Alex Hormozi. The video was about 7 ways to retain memberships. The reason why I watched this is because the community is not all too active and it's possible if I start charging people might leave. Two of the 7 ways he mentioned I actually implemented into the community. The first being an update to the onboarding process. In the onboarding update I gave a more personalized welcome message and a link of where to start in the community. The goal is to make the process a bit more streamlined and user friendly. The second update was to the cancelation/churn process. In the event someone wants to leave an exit survey will be sent out that is completely anonymous and, in that survey, will be feedback for the community to help make it significantly better. Considering the community is brand new, the more feedback we receive the better we can make it and that is one of if not the best ways to grab the feedback. In order to prevent the procrastination from happening again I need to identify what is causing my procrastination. So, today's daily for 4/27/2024 is to upload one YouTube video to the gaming channel. Repurpose 3 videos again to the anime channel as well as post once on TikTok. The reason for the reduced workload is to reduce the resistance that I may subconsciously have to the workload.
