- 👋 Hi, I’m Brandon Loveless! I live in East Central Indiana. I look at deals mainly Indy to Fort Wayne but I’m looking at some in Evansville and Ohio and Kentucky. - I currently have 0 rentals and want to have 100 rentals by this time next year. - My 3 biggest challenges with RE investing right now are startup capital , finding private lenders that I can trust , and finding 100% financing. - For fun I like to watch football and basketball and play chess. - Something I'm currently obsessed with is leading my local Church Youth Group and planning events and Wednesday night services for them.

@Viswanathan Murugesh I’ve talked to them before but never done any business with them. They have been talked about on BP and there’s people on both sides of it, like most things. Some people liked it, some people said they lied about everything, lol. So, I’m pretty sure it’s not a scam at all, it’s just about what’s the best fit for you and what you’re looking for.
