Tax/Business Question
I have a tax/business question for anyone qualified to answer it. Basically, I started an (Indiana)Education Services LLC many years ago, then stopped using it in 2015. I stopped filing taxes on it and stop filing my entity reports. Somehow, miraculously, they didn't administratively dissolve my company, and I'm reviving it. I changed the name, updated the address, using it for Real Estate now, etc. Since I had it the whole time, what are the tax ramifications of using it again? Both good and bad. For this current tax cycle, for the 2025 taxes, can I use the LLC for tax savings in 2025?

@Blake Choisnet thanks Blake. It’s not Prime is it? I’ve talked to them a couple times already

Never mind. I should’ve clicked the link before posting lol. I’ve not had any success with Prime in the past. Whether I followed Pace’s link or Jerry Norton’s or Zack Ginn’s, they have always said one thing to get me in the door and then try to upsell me and tell me that the deal the gurus offer isn’t real and it’ll be more. Maybe in yours, it’s caught up in the “hard costs” category that they get you but I’ve just not had any luck with Prime. I’m sorry

SECRET Links from Today's Q&A Call
Hey R2W fam, Thanks to everyone who joined the live Q&A today - lots of great questions. 💪🏼 The recording should be up in the next 24 hours. I shared some links on the call - normally I keep these a secret and reserve them for the call attendees but thought the more the merrier today. Here are the secret links: - Rental Roadmap Lender Vault - hundreds of lenders to fund your next deal - Get an LLC for cheap (this is a partner of mine that I normally reserve for my mastermind students - their offering for LLCs is a no-brainer. It's at cost for them, so state fees + any hard costs but they don't profit off it - they use it as a loss-leader.) - Section 8 / HUD Rents for your market - How much a property in your market would rent for using HUD/Section8 🚨 Here's what I ask: 🚨 If these links are valuable to you, go answer 3 questions from other members in the community. You don't have to pay for the resources - just support other investors if these links are helpful to you. 💪🏼

Blake, 1. That list is golden, and assuming they are good numbers and good contacts, that’s unbelievable to just give away! 2. Multiple gurus recommend Prime, and, in my experience, they don’t do want they say they will do but that’s just me. I know dozens of people that swear by them. 3. Do you know how accurate that is? Because that’s another goldmine if it can be trusted but I know a local property manager in my area said you can’t trust those charts because, no matter what the chart says, section 8 will only give you what other comparable properties are getting. So he said you can’t trust what those charts say you could get for a property, just trust what average rent in your area is for properties the same size. I acknowledge that those could be the same thing, but I’m just asking. Have you priced some properties and compared the numbers to the chart? 4. I just wanted to say that I think it’s awesome that you’re giving this much away for free and I hope none of my comments are taken as critical or naysaying. They are genuine questions.
