But for you, if you were in my shoes and you were a wholesaler in Ohio, how would you go about wholesaling? Would you wholesale here or would you set up a virtual wholesale operation in another market? I just want to get started on this.

Of course, I totally get it. I’ll always do things the right way. I’ve heard so many different opinions about setting up your business. Some say you should wait until you have a few deals under your belt, while others say you should get it done right away. But I did it with my twin brother, (Twin B Reality) who’s also in this group.
