Less depth, more usefulness
Journaling doesn’t need to be deep to be effective. One honest sentence can do more than a full page written out of obligation. When you have journaled in the past, what actually helped?

@Lauren Lewis breathing and being outside. Working out
Something I’m considering
I’ve been thinking about offering a very simple, short practice we could try together — nothing intense. Something like writing down three things you’re grateful for before bed, for a few days. That’s it. No catching up. No sharing required. If we tried something like that, would it feel supportive or stressful right now?

We talk a lot about habits, so I’m curious…
I’ve noticed we talk a lot about habits here, but I’m curious about reflection. Since this a habits AND journaling community, where are you actually at right now with journaling?

I am off and on but love journaling. I tend to speak a lot of things out loud as my journaling lol maybe I’m just talking myself but it works for me lol. Until you accidentally do it in public lmao

@Lauren Lewis hmm love that! Light bulb moments are my favorite
People pleasing
It often sounds very reasonable in the moment. “I’m fine.” “I don’t mind.” “It’s easier this way.” Looking back on this week, where did you say yes… while your body was clearly voting no?

Many times to put myself out there
A Pattern I’m Noticing
Consistency often comes from recovery, not motivation. Lowering expectations and staying curious seem to help more than pushing harder. Which of these helped you most this week?
